Do you have a layaway program?
Yes, we offer the option to pay overtime for up to 6 months. Once the art is fully paid for, we will ship to you. To reserve a work of art, email contact@friendoftheartist.com to get set-up.
Is there a shipping fee?
No. The shipping and handling cost is included in the price of the work, so there’s no need to worry about additional shipping costs post check-out
How long does it take to ship?
For most works, the artist will ship their work within 5 business days after checkout. For works that require additional shipping precautions (such as works on glass), the work will ship within 10 business days. We will not ship the work unless payment has been fully cleared.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 states within the continental United States. If you live outside of this area, please contact us at contact@friendoftheartist.com to get a shipping quote.
What happens if a work is damaged during shipping?
While the safety of the work is the highest concern during shipping, if the work is damaged shipping transit we will offer a full refund. We will not offer refunds for works damaged after delivered.
Who are the artists that you are selling?
All artists have been previously published in a volume of Friend of The Artist.
